VAT or import tax included?

Due to the customs policy of different destinations, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax in your shipping destination. Please let us know if you need help, we may provide our suggestions if possible.

European Union VAT and Customs Duty

If you are located in the European Union and your order amount is under €150, the local Customs will charge VAT. (17%-27%)

As of 1st of July 2026, the European Union (EU27) will eliminate the customs duty-free treatment for low-value imports (value not exceeding 150 EUR).

A 3 EUR customs duty, based on the number of line items in the customs declaration. Please see below examples: 

3 EUR customs duty per line item:

• The shipment contains one keyboard -> 1 x 3 EUR = 3 EUR
• When the shipment contains one keyboard, one keycaps set, and one deskmat -> 3 x 3 EUR = 9 EUR 
• When the shipment contains two keyboards -> 1 x 3 EUR = 3 EUR

In addition, Customs will charge regulatory fees and duty tax processing fees. (20 EUR)

According to the White House announcement in February 2026, the tariffs for the products are as follows, for reference only, and the actual tariffs shall be based on the fees collected by the customs.  

Keyboards: Free 

Keyboard Accessories: 25%

Arcades: 10%

When can I receive my order?

• In-stock items usually take 2-5 working days by DHL Express.

• Yes, unshipped orders can be canceled and product or delivery information can be modified.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

• Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
