Due to the customs policy of different destinations, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your shipping destination. Please let us know if you need help, we may provide our suggestion if possible.

 

US Tariffs

According to the latest policy, the White House will cancel the duty-free treatment of packages under $800 from China starting at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on May 2, 2025. 

The following products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States and will be shipped normally and tax-free:

(When placing an order, the shipping method will be US Warehouse Shipping.)

If you want to buy other products, there are 2 shipping methods.

A, CN Warehouse shipping - DHL

This method will charge you a tariff. If you can afford the tariff, then you can choose this method. The shipping time to the US will be 3-5 days.

B, General delivery - Tariff Paid

This method will have no more tariffs, but the shipping time will be longer. We will send the final tracking number within 10-20 days after you place the order. After that, it is expected to be delivered to your address within 3-5 days.

2-3 weeks after placing the order, the order will be shown as unfulfilled.
But in fact, we are sending the products you need to the US warehouse and then shipping them from the US warehouse.

Although shipping time is long, the tariffs can be avoided.

At the same time, please pay attention to the latest policies of the White House. (Update time: May 8, 2025)

 

European Union VAT

If you are located in the European Union, and your product amount is under €150, we will charge the VAT when you place an order.

Then there is no more tax needed.

If your order amount is over €150, then the local Customs will charge customs duties and VAT.

If you need multiple products, please place separate orders to avoid extra charges effectively.

• We ship from China.
• Some SKUs will be shipped from the US. (Tax-free)

What countries do you ship to?

• Varmilo uses DHL Express to ship the orders.
• We ship to countries that DHL Express services. 
• Shipping rates will show when you enter a shipping address on the Checkout page.
  

When can I receive my order?

• In-stock items usually take 2-5 working days by DHL Express. 
• Pre-sale items will have an estimated delivery time marked on the product page.

Can I cancel the order or change the product?

• Yes, unshipped orders can be canceled and product or delivery information can be modified.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

• Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
• But you can contact DHL to change the address.
