Holiday Notice: We will have a holiday from May 1 to 5th.
Orders after April 30 won't be shipped until May 6th.

We will check the email messages before arranging delivery or refund on May 6th or 7th.
VAT or import tax included?
Due to the customs policy of different destinations, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your shipping destination. Please let us know if you need help, we may provide our suggestion if possible.
US Tariffs
According to the latest policy, the White House will cancel the duty-free treatment of packages under $800 from China starting at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on May 2, 2025.

If you want to buy other products, there are 2 shipping methods.
A, CN Warehouse shipping - DHL
This method will charge you a tariff. If you can afford the tariff, then you can choose this method. The shipping time to the US will be 3-5 days.
B, General delivery - Tariff Paid
This method will have no more tariffs, but the shipping time will be longer. We will send the final tracking number within 18-25 days after you place the order. After that, it is expected to be delivered to your address within 3-5 days.
2-3 weeks after placing the order, the order will be shown as unfulfilled.
But in fact, we are sending the products you need to the US warehouse and then shipping them from the US warehouse.
Although shipping time is long, the tariffs can be avoided.
At the same time, please pay attention to the latest policies of the White House. (Update time: April 25, 2025)
European Union VAT
If you are located in the European Union, and your product amount is under €150, we will charge the VAT when you place an order.
Then there is no more tax needed.
If your order amount is over €150, then the local Customs will charge customs duties and VAT.

When can I receive my order?
- In-stock items usually take 2-5 working days by DHL Express.
- Pre-sale items will have an estimated delivery time marked on the product page.

Can I cancel the order or change the product?
- Yes, unshipped orders can be canceled and product or delivery information can be modified.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

I’ve had this keyboard for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I got mine with the Cherry MX Brown keys in the 68key format and I’ve run into zero issues so far. Since this was my first use on a non-full keyboard there was a bit of a learning curve for me. The keys are creamy, the color is exactly how it was in photos, and the product doesn’t feel cheap at all. This keyboard allows you to switch from windows to Mac format easily using short cuts (super handy as both a windows and Mac user). The website provides documents for the list of short cuts which resolved all my initial issues when using the keyboard. My communication with customer service was minimal, but when they reached out needing clarification on my info they’ve been always very sweet.

The Varmilo MAC 87/108 keyboard is hands down the best keyboard I’ve ever bought. From the moment I started typing on it, I could immediately feel the difference in quality.
