Quiet and feels good. Software and media control is BAD.

I'm really loving typing on this thing, it feels really nice. I got it for the silence and the typing experience, so I'm mostly happy, but the macros, lighting controls, and media controls are DUMB. Having to move both hands to the right side of the board to hold Fn and then press unmarked FN keys to try to get the volume up or down, music paused, etc. is awful. I also can't get a lighting effect that I like, I think they're all just slow breathing patterns? I don't know.

Wish the keys had media markings on them, wish I could set it so that media control was default layer, rather than needing to hold FN, and wish the manual was a bit better. Still, I am happy to type with it.

I love it!

Super quiet and a space saver. Just like anything else, I had to get used to the set up. After about a week now, I'm starting to get hang of thing and it feels great. Again, I love that it is sooooo quiet. Wish I had one of these when I was working in the office. Makes a great gift too for anyone.

First Awesome/Well-Made Mechanical Keyboard

The kayboard I had before this was a Logitech one that cost about $200 (Yes, after doing actual research I realized that I got ripped off). While this keyboard is a bit more expensive, It is 100% worth the price. It looks and feels amazing. Customer service was also great and very responsive. Shipped fast as well. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

It is silent enough not to bother people in the same room

I bought it mainly because of the reviews saying it is silent. And it absolutely is.
However I find the layout of the FN and INSERT key and the fact that HOME and END keys are behind FN, unsusable for my purpose.

This of course is my fault for not paying attention before buying. One of my friends will be getting a present then :)

Excellent keyoboard for someone that does not use HOME and END as much as I do.

I hardly ever use the INSERT key, yet it is givem prime location.

The keyboard I've been missing

Great keyboard! Perfect price point, great quality, got a fantastic format and design that I love and fills in a role in my keyboard collection I've been missing for a while (a dedicated typing keyboard). Thanks, Varmilo!

exactly what was promised and more

i knew it was gonna be super creamy, quiet, aesthetically pleasing (i got the menodaze of course, and stylishly designed.. but i didnt know about how great it feels to type on!! everything from the texture of the keycaps to the nice weight of the keyboard itself made this actually so pleasing to use. literally looking forrward to staying home cause now i have this epic keyboard to type on. bless you guys
but uhhh if you REALLY want some critique.. the keycaps could have a more legible font color but for enthusiasts.. we will probably be collecting keycaps anyways >:)

A joy to type on

The Minilo keyboard is simply a joy to type on. The exceptional build quality and materials used make this keyboard have a premium look and feel. The kailh prestige silent switches are super silent without a mushy feel. Each keypress feels great. The pressure needed for each keystroke is ideal for my kind of typing experience. The keystroke feels purposeful and so motivates and welcomes a fast typing experience. The key caps are of a quality finish and I enjoy that the package comes with additional key caps to swap out the space bar and escape keys. The keyboard is so wonderful I would happily order a second one for my office.

Lovely and makes me happy

I bought this hoping the best and I was hyped about the colors and lights. For real, my best acquisition. It makes me happy during my work day, thinking that at least it’s not that bad my job.
It’s a good size but I think I should take a bigger one with the numbers but anyways I’m in love with the keyboard.

Great for compare

It does what it says, it's a great comparison tool, to feel the difference. It has a good selection of switches and the empty slots to put our switches are great

I read it was silent and great quality, but it's still amazing to feel in person!

The keyboard is amazing. I was looking for a silent keyboard for late-night sessions and tried different switches until I found this keyboard. It is amazingly silent compared to an average mechanical keyboard. It feels awesome to type in it. It feels of great quality, and robust. The battery life is pretty good, I haven't charged in almost three weeks and I have 40% left. Best purchase ever

Keys rattle, this isn't a "silent" keyboard

I have contacted Varmilo, but they aren't responding anymore? I got this keyboard based off of so many "amazing" reviews. This isn't a silent keyboard by any means (even the keys that are fine). It's still quite loud, it's just smooth in the way it feels when you press the keys. I'm not sure if I got a faulty keyboard, but I am annoyed that the keys are rattling. The only advice Varmilo gave me in their first email was to oil/grease the keys... This shouldn't be the case with a brand new keyboard. Not satisfied. Would like a refund.

It's is amazing it's so quit I use it everyday and it just makes me so happy to not hear a loud click every single time I type like my last keyboard.

A great keyboard (but Google is needed for the manual)

The keyboard feels really great to type on with the kailh silent prestige switches and the design is beautiful.

One minor annoyance:
Some settings, like how to change the LED or standby-time, are only shown in some online manuals. You can find them quite easily with Google, but it would be great to have a manual that includes all the possible settings you can change or need to change, not just the F-key functions.

Game-changing

I bought the Minilo 75 Retro and don't regret it one bit! I love the warm sound it makes! I have yet to change switches, but I am interested in doing so in the future.

High quality, but missing features

I bought this keyboard along with some Dasher keycaps from Drop. It looks just like the Data General Dasher, and typing is indeed quiet. My only complaint is that the shortcuts are non-standard and there is no VIA support for remapping them.
