Worth the high price! The build quality is sound, key caps feel sturdy-yet-soft to the touch with smooth follow-through on the travel. The switches feel near-perfect & really are as quiet as the YouTube videos show them to be! I cannot stand fake full-sized keyboard (single-key-sized NumPad0, squished-in arrow keys, truncated section of the Page Up/Down/Del/Ins/End/Hone area; any one of these disqualifies a keyboard from being "full-sized", yet less-than-full-sized boards are commonly advertised as such), so it's appreciated to see a company taking great care to release such a gem in a sea of less-than-full-sized boards (pun intended)! The only comment I have is that I do wish there were other options for color/style. I chose this as it was the only option, & I got the matching mat. It looks great, but isn't my shade of blue, do & I have no connection w/ the sea. I would recommend Varmilo to others!

The prints and colours are a bit darker than shown in the photos but they still look very nice. The keys are very smooth and pleasant to type on.

I have used this keyboard for four years now. It is the first mechanical keyboard I ever bought, and I have never wanted for another keyboard since. Well, except for when that gorgeous Goddess Luo keyboard was released. I would snap that keyboard up in a heartbeat if I could justify just... owning a second keyboard.

The only damage it has suffered in those four years (despite several amateur keycap changes) is the plastic casing chipping on one tiny corner due to my mishandling of it. I am a heavy-handed typer -- I always bottom out my key presses. In the four years I've used it, I have not noticed any weakening of the switches whatsoever. For context, I'd say about 70% of my days on average are spent using the computer. There has been no weakening of the little stands that prop the keyboard upright, and the space bar especially has held up quite well to heavy use.

This truly is the best keyboard I have ever used, and when I get my next keyboard, I 100% intend to purchase Varmilo again. Currently, I'm torn between the Goddess Luo and the Monet keyboard.

Do note, however, that I purchased the TKL-87 keyboard, with Cherry Silent Red switches. I cannot give an opinion on Varmilo's own switches, as I have no experience with that aspect of this product.

I bought the 87 keys with silent switch. It's the quietest mechanical keyboard I've ever used. It works well with my MacBook.
