Varmilo provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.

This limited warranty provided by us in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Varmilo or Varmilo's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Notice: Varmilo DOES NOT Accept Returns or Refunds for Non-Quality Problems.


One-Year Limited Warranty


I. We highly appreciate your trust and support of varmilo mechanical keyboards.

In order to protect your legal rights and interests, and to provide better services to you, our company offers you a one-year limited warranty service that covers repair, replacement, and refund in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of PRC.

II. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as self-disassembling, liquid spill, dust, improper input voltage, etc.) or natural disasters (like floods, fire, rodents).

To ensure the functionality of the products, you can choose to purchase our maintenance service.

III. Consumables (such as feet cover and non-slip mats) and giveaways are not covered in this warranty.

Before submitting your maintenance or replacement application, you can first contact us through Varmilo's official after-sales email

If the answers you received there are not satisfactory, please send your product or accessory to our authorized distributor or directly to Varmilo for testing.

We will provide you with decent services as soon as possible.

IV. Before you send the product or accessory for testing, please make sure you have removed non-standard or customized accessories (such as customized keycaps, accessories from other manufacturers, and your personal LOGO) to avoid loss or damage.

V. Varmilo reserves the right to a final explanation as well as the ownership of this warranty. Please follow us for any product updates. Thank you very much for all your support and cooperation!


Refunds for quality-related issues


If the product has non-artificial quality problems and cannot be solved after sales, Varmilo will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device. You can also choose to replace the new device, please contact us for details.


Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase

Varmilo must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product

The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required

It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection

Before confirming that the product quality problem is caused by Varmilo, the buyer will bear the freight for returning and sending the item, please understand!


How long does it take to get a refund?


The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.


Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:


Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase

Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by Varmilo quality control to be in working condition

Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
